About our history

What we stand for – our values

Entrepreneurial

At Possehl, each company operates with independence. Our Group companies are led by passionate entrepreneurs who deeply understand, love, and take full responsibility for their businesses. We place a high value on bottom-line accountability, with clear roles, extensive decision-making authority, and measurable success criteria.

100% meaningful & value-creating

We don't conduct business for the benefit of a few, but always for the greater good. All income generated by the Group is either reinvested to strengthen the organization or directed toward the common good. Our commitment is to act responsibly, ethically, and with integrity, ensuring that we treat all our stakeholders with respect.

Future-oriented

Our tradition means change and we choose to never rely on the familiar. We prefer to shape the future every day. We are on the side of innovation and sustainability, but we always think long-term and consciously act between the poles of profitability and long-term investment in the future.

Diversity

We compile diverse markets, numerous companies, and, most importantly, a wide range of people. What unites us is the Group's steadily growing ecosystem with shared values and goals for the future. We value and promote diversity as one of our greatest strengths and welcome everyone, regardless of origin, gender, age or other individual characteristics.
