Whistleblower system

At Possehl, it is possible to report suspected or known illegal or unethical behavior to an internal, outsourced and independent whistleblower portal and thus contribute to the detection of rule violations. Misconduct by employees in our Group of companies as well as our suppliers and service providers can be reported in relation to possible legal violations or actions harmful to the company, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal acts, child labor, slavery, lack of occupational safety, exploitation and discrimination.

Whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantage as a result of reporting. Reports can be made in German and English. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.

External reporting offices

It is also possible to report to external official reporting offices. These are, for example

  • the federal government's external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice;
  • external reporting offices of the respective federal state;
  • specifically responsible external reporting offices, e.g. the Federal Cartel Office.

Human rights

We attach great importance to respecting internationally recognized human rights in our own activities and to strengthening them in our relationships with business partners along the value chain. Our human rights position is based on internationally recognized standards and also takes into account the requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act. It sets out our voluntary commitments and expectations towards business partners and includes our human rights strategy. We have set out our human rights position in the following declaration of principles, which is communicated internally and externally.

We publish the report in accordance with Section 10 (2) LkSG here no later than four months after the end of the financial year, i.e. by April 30 of the following year, and make this report publicly available free of charge for a period of at least seven years.
